The Colonial Seaport Foundation is excited to announce the creation of two historically inspired coffee blends with Mobjack Bay Coffee Roasters located in Yorktown, VA.
After sampling many flavors we settled on two distinct blends roasted and mixed specifically for CSF. Fair Seas is modeled after a 18th century African blend that leaves a smoky aroma that lingers in your nose. The Stormy Seas blend has an earth flavor more consistent with South American beans where the acidity leaves a slight chocolate aftertaste.
